The New GEN3L material has been developed with a clear objective: increasing the level of rim protection and extending the life of the insert itself, without negatively impacting the insert’s weight, which is always a top priority for us.

The new material has an enormous capacity to absorb impact, and thanks to the addition of an internal reinforcement laminate its structural rigidity and resistance to deformation and stretching have been improved to 200%.

With the new Panzer EVO shape, the total volume of the insert has been reduced by 20%, protection in the area with the highest exposure to impact has been increased, and maximum adjustment of the insert to the rim has been achieved without negatively impacting on ease of installation.

These significant modifications entail an increase in the volume of air inside the tyre, allowing greater freedom in terms of tyre deformation.

Its Formula makes it completely Liquid and Fluid, in this way it is extremely fast in its distribution inside the tyre, reducing to the maximum the time of arrival of the liquid to the area of ??the affected tyre, even with Inserts Systems. Its adhesive properties are worthy of a contact glue which in turn remains in a completely liquid state for a long period of time. This composition does not contain Ammonia or Latex, and its Ph is neutral, which prevents any type of adverse reaction to contact with the materials currently used in the field of tyres, tyre rims for tubeless and insert protection systems.
