2. This item is a special order and returns are not accepted save in accordance with consumer law if the bike has a major defect or failure.
3. If you choose the click and collect option, you'll be refunded the delivery charges that were deducted from your order when you pick up your items in-store.

We strive to ensure that stock availability is accurate but we are subject to our suppliers systems which are not always up-to-date. Occasionally, stock mispricing may occur and the item you purchase may be at the wrong price by mistake. If this happens and the amount you paid exceeds the correct price, we will refund the difference. If the amount you paid is 10% or more below the correct price, we will refund your payment and provide you with a gift voucher worth 10% of the amount you paid, to a maximum of $20.
